Hai my name is vishi and I am extremely impressed with the service I got. My dryer stopped working and even though it was not an emergency it was a little inconvenient specially when everything literally stops for a few days. Steven the European guy was really awesome he advised me clearly that cleaning, duct filler and heating element all needs replacement specially when our clothes were not drying. He spent 2 hours in doing everything for me by coming around 6 pm on Saturday and got the dryer back on track after it did not dry at all. He also did a thorough cleaning on the dryer wall which probably was never cleaned before we even came here. Triple thumbs up would recommend him and was charged the normal rate and not the weekend rate at all. Awesome steven Thanks Vishi Srinivasan ~ Vishwanathan s

I cannot recommend Seven Star enough if you live in the Tampa Bay area. Today was my first time using the repair service, and I experienced nothing less than incredible customer service over the phone AND when my repairman arrived (ahead of schedule). I have an older washing machine and when my drain pump went out I figured I would be gauged…No sir! I can vouch for Seven’s reasonable pricing - lower than the industry standard according to my research. I called late in the afternoon not expecting to be fit in the schedule and less than 3 hours later my washing machine can drain again! You can’t beat affordability and reliability when it comes to repair work. 5 STAR REVIEW! I will use this company for all future repairs ~ Nelson S

Was looking for a good appliance repair person and found Max and Seven Star online with great reviews. I called him on the Saturday after Milton and he came out Sunday morning at 10 am. No weekend charge, just his normal hourly rate, When I need a service like this I look for a local company that is locally owned and operated. Max runs his company and does the work. He was thoroughly knowledgeable about the issue we had, much more so than the warranty repair people who had been out more than once. He explained how to get the most out of our appliance and which settings to use for optimal performance. I highly recommend Seven Star and Max. He takes his time, fully explains things to you and is extremely knowledgeable on a variety of appliances. When in need do not hesitate to call him! I have already shared his info with a number of family members for future needs. ~ Brian A

Our Samsung clothes dryer broke around 5pm on a Friday, the weekend before we were leaving for a big trip. Luckily, I called Seven Star Appliance and they were able to schedule me for the next day. Max was great - arrived bright and early, had the parts we needed to replace the belt and tensioner, and got it running again in no time. Very nice guy, and he saved the day! I would recommend him highly and will be calling again if any of our other appliances break. Update - our dryer started making noise again. It’s been almost a year now, and it had been working okay, just getting louder, and then really loud. I called and got a next day appointment. Max came out and replaced the tensioner, and since it was the same part as before, he didn’t even charge us for the part or the service call. That’s insane! I woke up to a refrigerator that was no longer cooling and thought I might have to search for a new refrigerator. Max from Seven Star showed up on time, did a thorough check of all the systems, fans, motors and whatnot and within just over an hour, I had a new part installed and my refrigerator working! There is a huge smile on my face because I honestly thought I would be waiting weeks for a part. Nope! My refrigerator was fixed on Saturday morning and it's not even noon! Today I had issue with washer I called and they came within 3 hours and technician knew right away the issue walking up to it and even though he did not have part he still took time to take washer apart and found the plug unplugged plugged in and now working and I was not around he could of easily told me it was something else I immediately seen the honesty and care in his work and saved there number. These guys are life savers! My washing machine conked out in the middle of a cycle and would not drain on a Saturday. I called them up and they sent out a tech the same day. He was right on time and diagnosed the problem right away. He has the needed part on his truck and was able to do the repair in a few minutes. They waived the $59 diagnostic fee since a repair was done. I'm not sure about the "value" for the price of the repair, but I'm just happy they were able to come out so quickly on a weekend so it seemed reasonable. Thank you! ~ Keri E

This is a great business. We called in the morning when our dishwasher wasn’t working. The tech showed up at exactly our appointment time of 1000 and diagnosed and fixed our problem in just a few minutes. He was clean, personable and knew exactly what he was doing. Service calls are more affordable than most places, and sometimes you worry that the quality won’t be as good if you’re paying less. That wasn’t the case here. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Seven Star any more strongly. A great experience. ~ Pete P

I arrived the Saturday before Thanksgiving and found the refrigerator had died while I was up north. I panicked! If you need to replace an appliance nowdays you have to order it and wait 10-14 days for delivery. So I decided to ask Google to find me the closest repair service. I was very surprised when the nice lady offered me an appointment the same afternoon! Max was able to fix my refrigerator, saving me lots of money and headaches. I have used Seven Star exclusively for a couple of years because they know what they are doing, have integrity and show up when called. Max has fixed my stove, my washer and has saved me a bunch of money on my dryer. I've never had to re-do anything Max did and he's been able to replace parts (that are in inventory) instead of entire motors. The baking element in our oven died and we were looking for someone to come take a look at it over the weekend. Max came over to diagnose the issue and get what was needed to fix it ordered on a Sunday morning. He was back 2 days later with the part and had us back up and running before lunch on Tuesday. Wow. I can't believe the incredible service. After dealing with many contractors and service personnel and many bad experiences l was amazed at the quick on time service. Every step of the repair process l was advised of the appointment time and even when the repair man was on his way. They even sourced a repair part required in another state. I called on a Saturday for repair on an LG washing machine. The gentleman arrived that afternoon at the estimated time given. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After diagnosing the problem, options were given and he installed the new LG replacement part, which he had available. He completed the job by running cycles with me present.
